I'm writing this review from the airport because I'm still WAITING for my shuttle. I made online reservations and when I did, they asked for my airline, flight number and arrival time and I think they're actually going to use this information. I get to the shuttle counter and the guy tells me there are no vans currently available. HUH? Why ask me all this information if you're not going to use it to plan your reservations. I've been waiting over 40 minutes for my shuttle. This is ridiculous. He tells me that there are usually a lot of vans but tonight he doesn't have any. NOT MY PROBLEM. They had my reservation information and should have done better planning on their part.
Cons: LONG WAITING TIME, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR PLANNING
