Supershuttle

Used Super Shuttle yesterday at the Sacramento Airport for a ride to downtown. 6 people got on the shuttle. The driver got on the freeway and headed north, away from downtown. The first passenger was dropped off about 20 miles north of the airport. We then headed towards downtown. The driver then got off of the freeway and headed east about 15 miles and dropped off another passenger. He then headed downtown and dropped off the rest of us. 2 hours on the shuttle for a 10 minute ride. Twice as long in the shuttle as the airplane. I will NEVER use Super Shuttle again, anywhere. AND the driver thought it was funny!!!!!! Find a cab buddy for a downtown ride and it will cost about the same as the shuttle and none of the greif! Two of us missed our appointments and the trip was futile. more

Do I have to give them a star at all? I took the Super Shuttle from the Sacramento airport to my home. While driving the driver was typing information into a device connected to his dispatch (same thing as texting!), calling his dispatch on his cell (not hands free), and looking down to his lap to use the GPS on his iPhone. It was a rainy night and he is weaving down the freeway at 75 miles an hour. It was not safe and illegal. I had a reservation but I still had to wait quite awhile because they were short on vans that night. I will use another company next time. more

I'm writing this review from the airport because I'm still WAITING for my shuttle. I made online reservations and when I did, they asked for my airline, flight number and arrival time and I think they're actually going to use this information. I get to the shuttle counter and the guy tells me there are no vans currently available. HUH? Why ask me all this information if you're not going to use it to plan your reservations. I've been waiting over 40 minutes for my shuttle. This is ridiculous. He tells me that there are usually a lot of vans but tonight he doesn't have any. NOT MY PROBLEM. They had my reservation information and should have done better planning on their part. Cons: LONG WAITING TIME, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR PLANNING more
