Review content:
Received unacceptable treatment from store staff and owners. I went in and returned a riding jacket that I had for a day and it just wasn't working out for me (shoulder seam length was too long and folded over in a weird way). I found another jacket there that suited me well and brought it to the counter. Weirdly instead of them just ringing up my purchase like any other place, they almost refused to sell it to me. Instead they just kept telling me to get a size up from my old jacket. I may be a big guy but I know the difference between a small jacket and one that isnt tailored right. And for them to keep suggesting I get a bigger size? Even though I already had a jacket in hand that DID fit me right? How is that acceptable? Im trying to give them money for a new jacket, meanwhile theyre just telling me I'm large and almost forcing me to buy a bigger size. I had had enough and simply left. Would not recommend Mammoth Motorsports.
