Interesting how the other posts that were so rudely posted by what looks like non customers of J's VW are now missing? Could it be that they were really untrue? It appears to be that way! I am a recent customer of J's and have had only good experiences with them. They tell it like it is! Its not their fault that the vehicles we own are working correctly, the costs are what they are! They are very reasonable in prices, easy to communicate with, honest and family oriented. Try taking your volkswagen to the dealership, your nothing but lint there! Theres more to these accusations for sure! Anyone who has a volkswagen should to take it J's! I am proud of the secretary there. She does an amazing job, not a lot of other shops have her abilities!They are the real deal!!!!!!
