I appreciate your follow up with respect to my 2009 Chyrsler Sebring. My Service Consultant was Christy and my vehicle technician was Chris. Christy could not have been more accommodating and helpful in assuring all of my concerns with my vehicle were addressed. Christy worked her schedule around my schedule rather than vice versa. In addition, once it was determined that new parts needed to be ordered, she called me when they came in and scheduled the service appointment at my convenience. Christy exceeded any expectations that I may have had concerning your dealership and I can assure you that I will continue to be a loyal service customer. Please share my compliments with Christy as she desires the recognition for going out of her way to satisfy all of my service requirements.
As I was dealing with a convertible issue I was assigned your technician Chris. Chris listened to my complaint, took several road tests with me and was ultimately able to isolate and more importantly correct my deficiency. I was most pleased with his professional and mechanical abilities. He went out of his way to respond to the service issue while I waited avoiding a rental and return to your dealership. I am a very loyal Chyrsler customer. I presently own a 2009 Sebring Limited Convertible and 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I don't live in the Jacksonville area but after the service and accommodations I received from your employees I wouldn't consider any other dealership.
