Honestly, I never thought I'd have need for a body shop until WHAM, my dear grandmother backed out of her garage straight into my car! I had no idea how to deal with insurance, repairs, anything. AAA recommended Shaefer as a preferred vendor so I called them. They got me in the very next day and determined that my car was not safe to drive (the side mirror broke off). He asked if I wanted to bring it back or if I wanted a rental right away - I didn't even know that was an option! Within minutes I was in a rental car and back to work. They called me almost every day to keep me updated on the progress, I definitely felt informed. Then, the very best part - when I went to pick up my car, they had completely cleaned and detailed the outside AND inside of my car - I was shocked!! I have a 4 year old and my backseat is a disaster. It was obvious that they cleaned the carpets and fabric seats and even threw away my garbage - I was so shocked I went back inside to give the girls a hug. I highly recommend Shaefer for any repair needs - they were so friendly, did excellent work and really did more than I expected.
