We like the Dr's in the practice. They are professional and loving to the animals. However, the prices they charge are over the top. We purchased a puppy at Petland and used HPWW for the initial exam and then used our family vet for subsequent visits.
We had an awful experience with the kennel side of HPWW. We recently had to board our puppy and chose HPWW since it was close to home and we like the place. Our puppy was there for 3 days and when we picked him up, he was so dirty he looked wet. Upon further smell and exam, we discovered it was urine. He must have laid in his urine the entire time.
My take, if your visit is free with a Petland pet, go for it. If it's going to be out of your own pocket, go to Oakcreek Vet in Westerville on Schrock Rd. Vaccinations are very low priced at the Vaccination clinic on Sawbury Blvd.
SHOP AROUND!!
DO NOT USE THEIR KENNELS!!
