Review content:
After reading the reviews of the people below, I do agree that they are friendly and nice but only if you believe every word they say. Their attitudes change quickly whenever you confront them about their unwillingness to cooperate.
We recently needed a prescription for our dogs flea medication and asked them to call it into a pharmacy where we could get it cheaper. They told us that it was illegal to call in the prescription and that we had to get the medication directly from them. They had no idea that I am a pharmacist and am entirely familiar with Ohio law and prescriptions. It is PERFECTLY legal to call in a prescription to any pharmacy of your choosing, they just refuse to in order to try and force you to buy from them. This is just one situation that i encountered, but if they are willing to lie about this, it speaks volumes for the ethical principles of this practice.
Pros: Nice and friendly
Cons: Nice and friendly only if you fall for their lies
