I was introduced to Henri's Bakery 30 yrs ago while working in Buckhead. I have had sandwiches from lots of places and I have found none to compare with Henri's. Trying to recreate the sandwiches at home doesn't help because it is their wonderfully flavorful bread that adds the touch to any sandwich they make. Henri's is at the top of my list of places I must go back to whenever I visit Atlanta. It is one of Atlanta's best kept secrets.
