BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!! I took my laptop in to see why it was running slow. They said it would not power on. So I said ok I'll just come pick it up. To my surprise I was still charged $35.00 diagnostic fee. For what!!!! Telling me it will not power on! WHAT A SCAM!!!!! I will pass my experience on to everyone at SJAFB so they?ll think twice before taking their business to Eclipse Computers.
