I recently brought my computer to eclipse for viruses. They had it back to me the very next day and it didnt cost much. Saved me from having to buy a new computer.

One star because it's the best computer store in town. Of course, that's not saying much. They're only concerned with how to make the most money in the least time; that usually me...

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!! I took my laptop in to see why it was running slow. They said it would not power on. So I said ok I'll just come pick it up. To my surprise I was still charged $35.00 diagnostic fee. For what!!!! Telling me it will not power on! WHAT A SCAM!!!!! I will pass my experience on to everyone at SJAFB so they?ll think twice before taking their business to Eclipse Computers. more

One star, for being the best 2/1/2009

One star because it's the best computer store in town. Of course, that's not saying much. They're only concerned with how to make the most money in the least time; that usually means taking you for a ride with their grossly overpriced components. Last check 1GB of DDR2 goes for $10 online, but will cost $45 from Eclipse. I'm an experienced IT professional and now do all of my families IT work because I was tired of seeing them get swindled. more
