Yesterday evening, my friend and I decided we would try your Buca di Beppo location in Charlotte, NC. This was our first experience dining at Buca di Beppo. Our waitress reviewed the specials for the evening and took our drink orders. Our waitress returned shortly to inform us that they were out of both Italian Wedding soup and Spaghetti with Meatballs. We decided that we would settle for Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and forego the appetizer. Within minutes, our waitress, along with manager, returned to also inform us that the kitchen was out of the Fresh Salmon. To say the least, I was highly agitated and disappointed that an establishment with such a good reputation could not produce at least one of the three items we had ordered for dinner. Despite the managers offer to pay for our drinks, we left hungry.
