Review content:
Called after hours # in an emergeny. Lady told us she could send someone out at 6:00 AM, but then noticed we had them give us a quote to replace air unit 3 years ago. She asked if we still had that unit and we told her we had replaced it. She had the nerve to ask why we didn't choose them. we told her we got is much cheaper from someone else. she then asked ""what are you on a fixed income or something?"" HOW RUDE. THAT WAS NONE OF HER BUSINESS. So then she told it would be 4:00 PM. Wow - just because we ddidn't choose them - it went from 6:00AM to 4:00PM....WON'T CALL THEM AGIAN.
