Review content:
I have been using their service for 7 months and have not experienced a problem with the pickups. As long as you put out your trash following their rules,- 6 bags or 6 cans- bundle your branches, etc...then there shouldnt be an issue. My can has always been placed back on my sidewalk with the lid next to it, and even though they come through at 3 am...it seems they do a fairly decent job. Now the customer service is another issue- setting up my account was frustrating because the lady in the office had ""better things to do"" and didnt like that I was asking questions... they do have an option to pay online which I have utilized that is simple. You cant expect the world from a sanitation company or any company for that matter- so overall I would have to say they are decent.
