Review content:
Decided to walk in ""casually"" for work to be done on a diamond ring setting. Because of the stone size or whatever may have been the case that day (they had no other customers at the time), I felt answers to my questions for service were 'condescending' at best. Since the white-gold setting had been made for our family almost thirty years ago by the original JB Lacher store owners, i decided to go ahead and let them do the work in securing the diamond. Went back to pick up the diamond and felt no warmth/enthusiasm by any of the staff surrounding the counters. Bye bye Lacher, I'm headed to another jeweler for additional purchases.
