I went into the store and was greeted by Lee, hew was extremely helpful! I had to order replacement parts for my Kirby vacuum and he didn't know the answer, but did not hesitate to call for clarification and pricing for the parts that I needed. Lee took the time to take my cell number and email address to contact me with the price and parts that I needed and called me within 1 hour of me leaving the store. That's service! Thanks Lee!
