They are very knowledgeable and patient. When my old sewing machine kept breaking, they explained why and that a plastic machine can't sew through heavy materials without shifting. Jason showed me several machines in different price ranges. While I saved up for my dream machine, he jotted down my info and promised to let me know if someone traded in the Janome I wanted. A few days ago, Jason called me up and said they had a trade-in! It was very similar to what I wanted, and they offered me a good price and a one-year warranty. I am loving my new machine!
