I made a phone call to ask for help with the button hole attachment for my Singer machine, which was about 20 years old. I was told to bring it in and they was help me figure it out. Lee met me at the door and sat down with me and my old machine. After trying to use the attachment, we determined that it was broken. Lee then looked through all of the old, spare attachments and parts that they had in the shop, but none fit my machine. I decided to look at the new machines, but was confident I could afford the $4,000/$5,000 models. Lee assured that I could find a Janome that was no where near that price. (I was very surprised). He demonstrated several models and I decided the 3160 was the one for me. I love it! Now I'm not the only person in my quilting groupp with a 25 year old machine. It makes beautiful button holes, too.
