Review content:
This was my first time to use a cleaning company. Be aware that they charge by the hour, and for an above average hourly sum -$39/hr for detail clean. I received a quote that my 2500 sq. ft. home would be roughly 4 hours to clean with 2 maids (8 hours total). I am a tidy neat-nick, with no kids or pets, and believed this was reseasonable amount of time ( I usually clean my own house, but needed help before a Christmas party I would be throwing). 16.5 hours and $643.50 later (with 2 maids!), I told them to go home. Their rule of thumb is to clean the house from top to bottom which usually means bedrooms first. I do not recommend you allow them to do this. Clean the rooms of priority first (Kitchen and bathrooms) - when they reach the time negotiated, they tell you what they've accomplished, and ask if you want them to stay longer, for additional fees. (By the way, In four hours - or 8 maid hours with two, they did 3 bedrooms -all beds were already made by me, and the other 2 rooms were sparsely furnished - and 2 bathrooms). They cleaned my kitchen last , and the maid even said she hoped I'd let her go so she wouldn't have to do the refriderator because she hates to do them. I also do not recommend you allow them to work together. They chatted the entire time as the clock ticked. Also there was a discrepancy on the time started. BE SURE to mark the clock and come to an agreement with your service provider as to the start time. I learned a lesson on this one.
Pros: window, mirror, and bathroom shower cleaning - nice and sparkly
Cons: missed dust areas, floors not cleaned throughly. Expected more for the money
