Review content:
Dishonest and rude! Shining reviews about this place are clearly from family, employees or friends. I brought my car in with radiator trouble. They decided to change it out (not something I disagreed with). The woman on the phone told me that I would have my car back that day. When I didn't receive a call back by 4, I called and asked about when the work would be completed. She sounded disgusted that I wanted my car back. She said they'd hurry up and get the car done. When I came in, the done-up, older woman behind the counter told me to hang-on while she finished her lengthy, completely un-work-related conversation with her friends who'd stopped in. She then told me (as if she was doing me a favor) that they added oil to my car because it was low. They never asked what type of oil I had in it. She lied and told me that they put sythetic in it after I looked upset that they mixed regular oil in with the sythetic in my car. The prices weren't bad but they were ANYTHING but friendly and honest. My car sputters now. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone I liked.
