BUYER BEWARE!!...DON'T LISTEN TO ANY DISCUSSIONS REGARDING ANY WARRANTIES. GET ALL WRITTEN WARRANTIES FIRST, WITH SIGNATURES. WE MADE THE MISTAKE OF LISTENING TO THE ""SALESMAN"" AND SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER TO GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY WAS REALLY 120 DAYS!!....AND WE ONLY HAD A COPY OF THE SIGNED RECEIPT. WE ARE LEFT WITH $1,800.00 CARPET, 10 MONTHS OLD, THAT WILL HAVE TO BE RIPPED OUT AND REPLACED. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RESEARCH LOCALLY ON LINE. GET ESTIMATES, IN WRITING. BE SURE THE INSTALLER IS QUALIFIED. SHOP AROUND, DON'T LISTEN TO ANY TV ADS....DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST!!...WE WISHED WE DID....
