Review content:
I visited EMERGENT CARE PLUS for a non-emergency issue. All went good until I was reviewing my receipt upon returning home that evening. I was double-billed for my co-pay. I called back that evening and was immediate sent to the ""Billing"" voice mail box. I left a detailed message but never received a call back. I waited until the next week and called back. Straight to voice mail, left another detailed message, never received a call back again. Over the last 3 weeks I have called five times, four sent to billing's voice mail and once to management's voice mail. I also sent two emails. To date I have not received a single response from the company. Bottom line is bring cash, ask what they will be charging your debit/credit card or stay away!
