My main gripe is the fact that they aren't very knowledgeable and gave me false information on feeding for my fish. Also while asking a question an employee just walked away and went to another room without answering or saying he would be right back. Not very friendly they have a VERY small selection of pets for it to be a pet shop and i found the fish tanks to be really dirty with fish that didn't even have a nice natural coat and sold me a dead feeder fish. Not to mention I bought 20 snails that died within a week while the six I had in the tank previous survived in the tank. I wish the area could get a decent pet store, because i wouldn't mind higher prices for customer service and a nicer place...
