Review content:
I strongly not recommend the Aamco shop in Glendale, CA. The service there was extremely atrocious. I took my vehicle for a transmission check. I was informed by Enrique (the owner at the time) would call me or one of his employees. The day had gone by and I never received the call. So, I called and one of the employees told me that the transmission had to be re-built and I said, okay. Do what you have to do. I left my vehicle at the shop for service for about one week. After I picked up my vehicle, the transmission made a very loud noise and was constantly shaking. And the worse part was that when I parked my vehicle on my driveway, there was a huge puddle of transmission fluid. I notified the mechanic at Aamco and he told me that it was normal to leak fluid. I was like, what? I was told to take my vehicle for a final checkup the Friday after Thanksgiving day. I called the owner twice to make sure that the shop was going to be open and both times he assured me that yes, it was going to be open for business. I showed up at about 8:00 AM. I waited for about one hour and nobody showed up. I called the 800 number to notify Aamco headquarters about the poor service I received from the people at that shop. No apology was ever made by the owner or anyone. When I finally had the my vehicle's transmission checked for a final time, there were some lose parts under the hood (fan duct and air filter cover). That goes to show how extremely unprofessional the employees there are. I am glad I have never done business with them ever again.
Cons: Too many to list; service is atrocious, poor communication, poor labor, ridiculously expensive
