Review content:
Is it possible that I found the best repair shop in L.A?!?! Ok, I've had my share of positive and negative experience with mechanic shops as to regular maintenance stuff but I've never had a transmission problem. Oh man..it's a whole different animal. I had to get my transmission rebuilt on my 2000 Mustang. After visiting other shops it was obvious that these guys know what they are doing. They took the time to answer every question I had and never undermined me or made me look like a fool. You get that a lot at other places. A day after I told them to start fixing the car, Enrique (cool dude), actually invited me to the room where the transmissions get worked on. He had the mechanic explain to me what was going on with my transmission. The guy had the entire thing completely disassemble, wow. He explained how it works, what went wrong and the parts I was gonna need...kind of a show and tell. Very professional. They called me a few days to pick up the car and that weekend I drove it to Vegas with no problem. Transmission works great! They may not be the cheapest but they definitely know what they are doing. I've had friends who have had their transmissions done elsewhere and they end up having problems or having to do the job all over again. I feel 100% comfortable recommending this place. These guys are down to earth, no pressure, non pushy sales guys.
