Review content:
We had a great experience with the Roto-Rooter plumber service in Columbus, Ohio. We needed emergency drain service at 10 PM because both the kitchen and bathroom sinks were backing up. Roto-Rooter does not charge anything extra for coming out so late or on weekends which saved us hundreds of dollars right off the bat!
The technician Ray came out within the hour, gave us an upfront, reasonable price, and then worked for a couple of hours until he fixed the problem. He saved us many hundreds by not giving up on the situation (which was totally clogged drains).
When an additional plumbing problem was found with corroded pipes, we were able to get a great plumber by the name of Ethan to come back the next day - at our convenience - and fix the job in about a half-hour.
We have dealt with other plumbing services who seek to gouge a person for all they are worth, and it was very refreshing to deal with a company that works hard, wants to please the customer, and provide a good service at very fair price. The company always promptly answers their phones and are very prompt and courteous with the customer. If any plumbing problem arises in the future, this is the only company we will call.
