Im a long time customer, over 4 years. Never had anything bad to say until today, Was helping my daughters boyfriend out, he needed his medicine so i let him use my credit card, He came out too the car and told me that they had charge my card 140.00 dollars, when i asked him why he said he didnt know, After looking at the bag i could see that they had filled the wrong thing, so i called them, and i was told that i wouldnt get my money back, because i left the pharmacy, i never opened the bag, but they didnt care, this money was my christmas money for my kids, i hope they are happy . My kids will go without because i have a kind heart. Thanks for nothing. I will never use hoffmans again, and when my friends and family ask me why my kids have nothing, i will tell them why.
