Hoffmans Pharmacy

I have done business with Hoffmans over 25 years. If I need it they have it or they will order it... I live in Jefferson and I still do busnies with the Number #1 Pharmacy In North East Ohio..and Locally owned.... A++++ !! more

Im a long time customer, over 4 years. Never had anything bad to say until today, Was helping my daughters boyfriend out, he needed his medicine so i let him use my credit card, He came out too the car and told me that they had charge my card 140.00 dollars, when i asked him why he said he didnt know, After looking at the bag i could see that they had filled the wrong thing, so i called them, and i was told that i wouldnt get my money back, because i left the pharmacy, i never opened the bag, but they didnt care, this money was my christmas money for my kids, i hope they are happy . My kids will go without because i have a kind heart. Thanks for nothing. I will never use hoffmans again, and when my friends and family ask me why my kids have nothing, i will tell them why. more

To find hard to find products. Several things are sold in bulk making it much cheeper. The staff is so helpful and really go out of their way to help. The prices are as good as any of the chain pharmacies. more

The people at Hoffman's are very nice. We have been filling our prescriptions there for like 5 years. The hours are sometimes, not so convenient, otherwise, the best. Service is usually very quick. Everyone I've ever met who works there are very nice. We will probably continue to go there as long as we are living here and they are open. PROS: comfortable CONS: hours sometimes not good more
