Review content:
Can't complain about Rosen at all. They have managed my building for years and I don't think the board will consider changing that anytime soon. Our property manager has developed a plan that is just perfect for the building, they are constantly performing maintenance checks on features like plumbing fixture, heating network...not to mention their patience in the winter with all the late night calls.
