I wish I liked Rosen Management, but I also wish that my monthly assessment went to something...anything. I have been living in my building for two years, and because they mistakenly charged me the wrong assessment amount since I moved in my assessment increased almost 20% this year. Ouch, considering that my building is dirty. How is it dirty, you ask? Let me count the ways...
Pros: If you email them, they do write you back
Cons: High assessments, dirty common areas
