Review content:
Rosen claims to be a management company, yet they never manage a project. Rosen's management philosphy is to hire a company and pay the company without ever overseeing the work. Rosen is nonresponsive, unless Rosen can attempt to disclaim liability for an act on the property. If Rosen chooses to give notice of an event, the notice is always full of typographical errors. Rosen never forgets to increase their rates for the next fiscal year. I would not recommend Rosen to my worst enemy.
