I am a member of the condo board of our building and called our new manager (one of many who keep leaving the company unexpectedly and with no notice to our condo board) to have some financial questions answered. Other members of the board had tried to get these questions answered but were always brushed off with a dismissive ""it's being taken care of"". I had called to follow up on an email I had sent listing the documents that the board needed as well as some crucial questions about our financial situation. This new manager put me through to the owner who proceeded to tell me that he wasn't going to waste his time answering my email because he'd already discussed it with the other board members. When I tried to explain that we were all confused and would really appreciate some information, he starting yelling ""I'm not going to go into it with you!"" several times, until I finally had to hang up the phone. This may sound like an exaggeration, but I assure you it really did happen. I have never been spoke to like this in my life. The other board members were not shocked when I told them, because I guess this sort of behavior has been unleashed upon them in the past. Please believe me when I say run as far away from Rosen Management as you can.
Pros: I racked my brain and cannot think of any.
Cons: Competence and attitude are non-exsistent.
