Review content:
Finding a good management company that goes beyond average is hard. When we hired Rosen I was so frustrated with the experience I had with the previous company that managed my building, I have to confess I found it really hard to believe someone could offer a decent service. I was hapilly surprised to see that Rosen not only does what has to be done but also keeps us from worrying. They follow up whenever we have problems and do whatever it takes to solve them. They are constantly ?monitoring to make sure everything runs smoothly and they are very clear about what's being charged. Incredibly professional and reliable staff.
