I will take my business else where, Gary! My wife went by on Monday to find the store closed, I went by on July 5 and the store was closed, not a big deal. My wife calls to see if their open today July 6 and things went really crazy. My wife says ""oh your open"" I went by the other day and you were closed and so did my husband, the owner says ""hey everyone is entitled to a day off if you don't like it take your business some where else"". My wife said no, no, no I agree everyone is entitled to a day off, the owner said have a nice day and hung up on her. Very rude and unprofessional to say the least. I will be going to back to Meissner Sewing Center in Sacramento to avoid this volatile situation ever again. Dennis @ Meissenr's has much more knowledge than Gary and is very friendly and professional.
