Review content:
As a mom who experienced this studio first hand, I highly recommend you go somewhere else. Yes, in the past they have taught good technique. However, there are much better studios out there for technique who are far more professional and truly have the best interest of the students at heart. The students are not treated fairly, they are talked about by the teachers to other students and teachers, you are way overcharged for things like costumes, paper fees, etc. and they have lost many of their best students and teachers. The atmosphere is drama filled and more about who is mad at who or who is dating who than it is about learning an art. There is no freedom for creativity and is basically ran as a dictatorship. They seem to have forgotten that the students and their parents pay their bills! Their enrollment has drastically shrunk and other more professional studios have absorbed those students who truly want to make dance a career. Find a great ballet studio and forget about competition studios if your child really wants to learn to dance. Pros: good technique Cons: Unprofessional, Drama filled, too expensive,
