I just wanted to share my thoughts about Vogt Tile and Carpet since they recently installed carpet at our new home. The personal service in their showroom was excellent. No high pressure ""buy it now"" tactics, just straight forward information on what's available. Sales staff was friendly and professional and very knowledgable about products and services. Our sales person ""Jen"" took the time to explain the differences in quality and price on multiple flooring samples and explained what was the best value for the price. Next was our installation experience. To sum it up, it was great! The installers were on time, and professional. I was grateful that Vogt does not use subcontractors. The workers knew what they were doing, and took special care not to create a mess or damage the new paint in our home. I'm a bit of a neat freak and these installers got their job done, cleaned up and removed the old carpet, and even vaccuumed the new carpet! In my opinion, they went above and beyond in service and neatness! I highly recommend Vogt Tile and Carpet in Fishers.
