I wasn't ready for this, but who is? We had an issue where I pipes were backed up and had waste coming back up through our downstairs toilet every time someone used another in the home. I woke up to an awful mess. I called and the order taker took my information and said that someone would be at my home within 2 hours. Well, there was a bit of a delay, as the call prior to mine took a little longer than expected. However, Roto-Rooter called me 2 times while I was waiting to update me and let me know that they were sorry for the delay. I never felt out of the loop. 2 hours and 45 minutes from when I called, John Martin knocked on my door. He was a very kind man, walked through my home and assessed the issue, told me what it would cost to fix it, knew precisely what he needed to do to remedy the issue, and then had me sign once I knew exactly what needed to be done. He even gave me the worst case scenario complete with price which always makes me feel good. John did his job exactly as he said he would and it took exactly how long he said. Thank you John Martin and Roto-Rooter for getting the job done with honesty, integrity, and speed.
