Worst

Service tech arrived about around 9am and was gone by 9:30am. Total charge $290.18 (including tax) for clearing a clogged sink drain. Hourly rate $530 - highway robbery for a plum...

Had a clog that I couldn't get to with a snake. I called Roto-Rooter and they came out when they said they would and fixed it. It wasn't an easy job - but not only did Anthony fix the clog -but redid the pipes under the kitchen sink so that it's a lot less cluttered and clean. Very thankful - thank you! more

Found water leaking from my upstairs shower through my garage ceiling. Called Roto-rooter - they had a technician at my house within the hour. Brett's estimate was on the nose and he had the problem fixed in less than 2 hours. more

Had Roto Rooter come out today on 4/5/13. to unclogged our Kitchen sink. Very fast.. came out on the same day we called. The Dispatch called us back to let us know that someone would be here with in 30 minutes after telling us they would be here between 1 and 5. Our Plumber Joe Thompson is very good at what he does. Very friendly (with all smiles). We really appreciated the fact that he helped us with tips to keep our pipes cleaned. I will definitely call Joe again if we need his help! I would give him a 100 (if the scale went that high) :) Thank you so much for a great job! more

The service I had on 2/18/13 was awesome. The phone call went through quick. I didn't have to wait, and wait on the line for someone to answer. The time to wait wasn't long at all. Plus the dispatch person was great. He called me twice. First was to say that it would be about 3hrs. Then he called again to say he was about 20mins away and the name of the guy to expect( Who was Joe Thompson). Joe couldn't have been any nicer. He did a great job and was neat and tidy. I couldn't have asked for a better plumber. He was from the Everett site. I would definitely request Joe Thompson for my next need of a plumbing job. 5 stars! more

Plumber Brett Bloomberg arrived the same day as I called for service to fix a leak under the house. Brett arrived on time and fixed the leak quickly. He was very polite and professional. I will call them if again if I ever have another issue. Definately recommend Roto-Rooter. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3-16-12 3/16/2012

I was so impressed with the service that we received on a Friday night, with the sun so bright (rare in this area), by a wonderful and friendly man full of might. (I was trying to rhyme). So, our dishwasher/sink/disposal was malfunctioning, at best. Water kept overflowing all over the kitchen counter and floor. When I called Roto-Rooter, they said ""We will dispatch someone right now, he's on his way."" The other plumber I called said he was on over-time, and that it was an easy fix. Basically told me I could do it myself. Thankfully, I did not try, because I would not have succeeded. After Steve dissected things, it was not such an easy fix. The sun was shining, and I'm sure he would rather have been elsewhere on a Friday evening, but he took his time, did a great job, and did it with a smile on his face. more

Reasonable price for fast service 3/5/2012

My waste disposer broke in the kitchen sink. I called Roto-Rooters Plumbing just to get an estimate, free of charge, no obligation. The plumber came by in less than an hour. Pricing was very reasonable. In a couple of hours, it was all done. If you shop hard enough and obtain 20 quotes, you could probably same $20. But most likely, competitors' price will be much higher. I was satisfied with the service, the quality of work, and the price (despite the fact that nobody likes unplanned plumbing problems). If I ever have a more urgent matter that includes leakage, etc., I am calling Roto-Rooter! more

Excellent Service 2/17/2012

My water bill came and it seemed higher than usual. Checked the toilets.....not leaking. Then realized the shower faucet was leaking. Plummber Brett Bloomberg arrived to save the day. Professional and awesome. Had all the parts he needed to get the valves cleaned up and not leaking. Thank you so much Roto-Rooter. I will certainly call on you guys again with any plumbing issues. more

Thanks for the opportunity to comment online about our recent service call from Roto- Rooter from the Everett office. The visit was scheduled for Friday December 16th with Joe Hicks. We called him because he came to check out a similar problem three years ago and we were extremely satisfied with his service. Mr. Hicks had unitentionally double booked himself for our appointment but called to inform us he would be sending Joe Thompson in his place. Mr. Thompson, the plumber, was prompt, thorough and courteous. He ran the cable 50 feet twice to clear the kitchen sink drain and then tested with a sink full of water. PROBLEM SOLVED!!! The whole process took less than 25 minutes. I would reccomend Roto- Rooter to all for any clogged pipes. It's great to have our kitchen sink back!!! Thanks Guys!! more

Joe's the man for the job when the water doesn't flow 12/16/2011

Roto-Rooter was the second company we called to our Seattle home when our drain was blocked up. The first company took a look at the problem, declined the job and recommended Roto-Rooter as the plumbers who could solve our problem. Joe, from the Everett office came to our home and quickly told us the solution to our problem. When the necessary equipment arrived it took Joe and his partner about ten minutes to unblock our drain with the minimum of mess and intrusion. Joe was very knowledgeable about drain systems and offered us lots of useful advice on maintaining our system. I would not hesitate to recommend Roto-Rooter. more

This is not the first time I have called Roto-rooter. Nor will it be the last. Just as in previous times, this experience was terrific. The response was quick. They dispatch kept me informed. Great service 11/9/2010

I realized around 10:00 AM this morning that my kitchen sink faucets were leaking even worse and there was water coming down to the basement. I called Roto-rooter and they let me know someone would be coming . They called me twice more to keep me updated on the whereabouts of the plumber they had dispatched (he had a longer job than expected) and then Brett came about a couple of hours later. I am very happy with the service that he provided and very thankful for his explanations of the problem . He was very careful to find the most financially adequate solution.He replaced the parts on our wall-mounted faucets and even guaranteed his work for the next 6 months. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to my friends and neighbors. more
