Unfortunately, good customer is not the norm anymore. I was proven wrong when I called your company. I knew I called the right company from the start. They called me and asked if they could show up an hour earlier. They walked up to my door and placed a clean red step rug for them to walk in and out of my house, plus they wore shoe protection. I had already been told to use them from a friend and now I see why they would tell me. Richard, Charlie showed nothing but be professional and courteous from the start. They asked what was wrong and got right to work. They were able to find out what being was needed right away and also helped me in telling me about an upgrade that would make my unit run better. They were done in no time at all and went over what they did and showed pictures for proof while showing the invoice. I cannot be happier with what they did for me today. I know when I tell anyone that has a problem with their unit, they will do the same for them. After they left I was given a call from the office and was asked how I felt about the work done. I spoke with Kristina and she could not have been more pleasant a person to speak with. I am in customer service and run several sites. This is the customer service I want my employee's to show.
