I have used All Air in the past for my home and condo, so when my 15 year old AC dies at the condo I called them for a price quotation to install a new system. I was provided with several options and Mike explained the advantages of each system. I chose the one that made the best sense. Then -
I called 12 other companies in the Miami/Homestead area. Prices ranged from $3300 - $4800 for the exact same system with the exact same warranty. All Air quoted me a price of approx. $3500 with discounts. This included the $400 fee for crane and $200 for permit.
The selling points were their customer service, courtesy and price. Everyone from the receptionists, to the installers, to the site manager, to the salesman were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
The installers were on site at 10:00 a.m. and finished around 4:00 p.m.. No mess, no fuss, straight to work and the job was completed on the same day with no surprise add on fees. The installer, Van K., was very professional and courteous.
If you need an A/C system or maintenance I recommend you call All Air.
