A lot of companies talk about customer service. A lot of companies say ""we will be there for you"" A lot of companies say a lot. But All Air of South Dade not just says it, they back it up. I have never experienced such amazing customer service EVER!!! Christy, Erica, Mike, Chris, Van, and Juan were the most wonderful people I have ever encountered any service industry. I have a pregnant wife and an 11 month old (the most beautiful child you?ll ever see) so when my A/C gave out the only thing I thought of was ?how can I get this fixed?. I went thru friends ?my A/C guy is Great?? didn?t show, companies I heard on the radio (after explaining I have a baby and a pregnant wife at home), we can be out there in two to three days? WHAT are you kidding me? you are aware we live in Miami, right? I come across All Air of South Dade?s website (www.all-air) so here I go, right off the bat Erica takes my call and says we can be there between 12 and 2pm I explain to her I am at work and I don?t get out ?till late, she assures me after a 10 minute conversation the technician will be out there and not to worry. Here it is 6pm and Christy calls me to let me know Chris was held up at the previous job but he will be there she assured me.here comes 6:45 pm and Chris knocks on my door, ready to help. He takes a very thorough look at both units (inside and outside) while I?m standing next to him asking him a bunch of question (which he answered every single one) and says in a very polite way I only see two options 1. I can change the compressor, but you A/C unit is really old (20 years old to be exact) and you most likely will be calling us back to fix it again if it doesn?t ruin your system completely , 2. (The one I didn?t want to hear) we can replace your entire system. (Queue the scary music), but here?s the funny part he says ?that is my opinion you could have someone else come out and take a look at it they may tell you, i'll hang around if you'd like and answer any questions you may have if they say something different but that?s what I see?. So I call around and the price he quoted me was fair. Christy our little A/C angel takes my call at about 9:30 in the evening to answer a few more of my questions and again answers all of them kindness and patiences, she follows up with me thru out the day of the install and calls to see how I am doing I am honestly thinking in my head ? they already have my money, but she?s still genuinely concerned . THE NEXT DAY Van and Juan are at my home ready to install my new A/C unit, and they roll out the black carpet, no that?s not a typo the actually brought a black carpet so they wouldn?t dirty my floor. When I told him not to worry about it he said thank you sir but it?s the principal? the principal I have never heard a technician speak like that, the principal? Wow. both of them work outside in the rain and not once did I here them complain. They manitianed a professional demeenor and a pleasnt attitude. Mike spoke to me earlier in the day to assure me of some financial questions I had and again answered all of my questions. I sure do ask a lot of questions uh? Over all to be fair five stars is not enough to give this company, I don?t think there is enough stars in the universe to give them they really were amazing. I would never refer ANYONE but All Air of South Dade. Thank You guys so much you have made a customer for LIFE. God Bless you.
