Karen is an honest business owner. When 6 different mechanics were telling me to change my catalytic converter and they wanted 600-800 for it, or I would not pass the smog test, she took her sweet time to explain how that was misdiagnosed, and helped me get my car going and pass the smog test.
There was nothing wrong with the catalytic converter, but one part needed to be adjusted.
I drive an old Chevy trucker and everyone wanted to take advantage of me. I will not go anywhere else.
