Ive been going to Karen for all my auto needs for over 15 years. Most of my friends go to her too because she is honest, has good prices and really cares about you and your car. One of the best things about going to Karen is she offers loaner cars for $15/day- shes totally got you covered. She also delivers workshops to teach you about your car so you KNOW how to take care of it to prevent needless repairs. If you are short on cash, she gives you the real deal on what you need done to your car now, what repairs will need to be done in the future (but can wait) and gives you honest advice about how much repair your kind of car will need in the future. She has been in the business for over 20 years and really knows her stuff. She is honest, has good prices and good mechanics. I know when I go to Karen that Im going to get the truth, not a sales pitch.
