""WOW!"" Had a small back up with our cleanout which leads to sewer line. Call Will ""not"" Fix it for their $69.00 special. Technician JESSE-Tech#99, was more of a sales person than a plumber. Before he even looked at my plumbing, he stated that the homes in my area are very old, and probally have clay piping. So he would probally have to install a whole new line. He did take a picture with his video cam, and my husband did see that our line could probaly be upgraded. But he told JESSE that we weren't in positon to purchase a new system at this time. "" Bang*** $3,300.00"" cost to replace 28-feet of 4-inch piping."" What??? JESSE-Tech#99, then said that if we wanted to have my line clean, my husband would have to sign a waiver. We signed the wavier, only to have JESSE-Tech#99, try to run a game on my husband, like his line was getting stuck. I've have my line rotored many times before because we have roots in our yard. And yes it takes a little effort from the plumber to clear the line. Not just stick the thing in the hole and all is clear. ""Will Fix It"" are just a bunch of salesman. My Husband is a gulf war vet, and he told JESSE-Tech#99, that we are on a fixed income, but they still didn't try to help. Where is the love for our Military Veterans? We were not asking for anything free, or discounted. Just wanted our sewer line rotor, and maybe a little customer service before the sales pitch. Still proud to be an American!!!! And happy to have served our country...
