Our house had a water leak and called Will Fix It, they gave us a time of between 1 and 3 for a serviceman to come and repair our leak. At 1:15 the guy arrived at our home and assessed our problem. He took time to explain everything that he was going to do and answered any questions my husband and I had regarding the leak. He repaired the leak in a very timely manner and told us about the service plan called Diamond Club. At no time did we feel like he was trying to overcharge us or just try to sell something that he did not believe in. We were very impressed with his knowledge.
