INCREDIBLY rude. I called her to see if she accepted Bridesmaid's dresses for consignment. (The answer is no.) I don't mind being told that, but I do mind poor customer service. She mentioned that bridesmaid dresses don't look like formal gowns/prom dresses. This dress VERY much does. I mentioned that ""oh, this dress is actually pretty decent!"". Her response? ""Well, that's what everyone says and then they don't sell."" EXCUSE ME? When I called her out on her customer service (or lack of) she insisted she had another customer, she couldn't hear me, and that she didn't know of anyone in the area that accepted consignments on Bridesmaids dresses. A vintage shop sounds lovely to check out, but I will NEVER go into this woman's shop based soley on this phone call.
