I bought my 2007 VStar at this dealer and after the ""meh"" experience of the purchase I've never been back. Now, after receiving a safety recall notice I tried to schedule a repair with them and was treated very poorly and talked to as if I was some punk kid instead of a valuable customer. I've never been talked to like that from a business that should be hoping for more of my patronage. Seriously, I expect to be treated with respect when contacting a business, not talked to like your teenage child.
