i RUE the DAY that i left my car with john's. they took my list of a few window and door issues and an engine gage and turned it into a $5000+ list of things i should fix. i said no, just do a few of the original problems. john called and warned me my car would fail me if i didn't at least replace about $800 worth of hoses. when doing that, they found another $800+ things to do with ignition and injection. i said no thanks and they put it back together and within 100 miles it was burning oil and within 400 it was up to 3 quarts, and the engine had been running perfectly before they touched it. they won't take any responsibility since i refused to do EVERYTHING they wanted me to. beware beware beware...they took me for $1800 and ruined my engine so now my car is worth $500 as a trade in. their ""guarantee"" is a false advertisment. i would have been better off with teenagers at speedi lube.
