I am writing this note because my mom does not have a computer and she asked me to do it for her. On Monday March 7, 2011 we went down the cellar to find out that we had at least 3"" of water. Investigating the water in the cellar we found that the sewer had also clogged up and backed up in the cellar. We looked in the yellow pages and found Roto-Rooter. We call and made an appointment for the Plumber from the Hartford area to come to the house and unclog the sewer. The office gave us a window for ETA about 4 hours which would bring the plumber in at about 8:30 PM. In the meant time we used the wet vac and sucked up a lot of water. The plumber which was from Hartford area arrived at 8:20 pm. The plumber did a great job, he was easy to talk to and he explained everything he was going to do, and quoted me a price and he stuck with it. If ever I need another plumber I would call Roto-Rooter plumbers in the Hartford area.
