I brought my Canon 5D MkII in for repair as I needed some immediate attention to this professional camera. Marc tells me it would take 6 weeks for Canon to repair it if i sent it to them, a complete lie. Marc and his repair team not only took over a month to fix my 5D they damaged it during the repair. i can not express my regret for walking in the door of Mel Pierce Camera.
Any respecting photographer should know what is going on within their repair department.
